"2 Feathers In Fence Post" 

A split rail fence at the Blackwell Forest Preserve rendered this image for me. The wide open aperture I used, separated the background and fence post and created the nice bokeh(blur)  you see above. I then added a few filters to blend everything together and wallah, Thursdays Image.

We had just entered the shallows, when Captain Nemo ordered the panels lowered on the bow of the Nautilus. The view was grand as the fish gently swam alongside us as we entered our home port, a huge cavern in a dormant volcano.

Those were my thoughts as I worked on this image. It just reminded me of something out of 20,000 Leagues under the sea.

The sun is just setting to your left, in a field of wild flowers, at the Danada Horse farm.

I don't take many sunsets, I prefer the sunrises. This one didn't have much going for it except

the possibility of darkness to follow, but it turned out ok.
