The sun caught my lens at just the right angle and created all these aperture reflections. This would work well on a busy city street with a lot of neon aglow. It could create a rather festive scene.

This is my 'Autumn Trail', taken at the Morten Arboretum. In post processing I used alot of noise reduction along with image softening  to give the picture a more painterly effect.

 I really enjoy what is taking place at the center of the image, with these dark tree limbs against the light colored leaves, creating all sorts of shapes and designs.

I am using the road to lead your eye into the image (very photographical?), and enjoy the colors of this fall day, at the Morton Arboretum.  Next stop.... "Snow Fall".

We haven't had a lot of colorful trees this fall, so I thought I would instead insert a few cornstalks as a representation of this time of year. This is not Nebraska corn but it's close enough and will serve my purpose.

You are looking east from the top of the hill at the Blackwell Forest Preserve. Maybe a little SE. Anyway the sunrise was pretty ho-hum, but the nice little patch of fog closer to me caught my attention. I wish I would have identified where this location was so that I might return for a closer shot, because you know what they say "Fog me once, shame on you. Fog me twice, and I just missed a shot !
